1) Door to Door Delivery Service

Send us your shipping info and you will receive the most economical quote based on your address, what you need to do next is pay and wait for your package arrives.

2) Air Freight

This is an ideal shipping method for those who want to save the door to door delivery cost but also want to get their cargo fast. Tell us your location and we will find you the nearest airport and ship to there so you can pick up the package by yourself.

3) Sea Transport

Best shipping method for bulky and heavy load. It is most appealing for people who are price conscious and value the safety of the delivery. We have professional shipping company to walk you through each process and customs information including free trade agreements and country of origin as tariff charges.

4) Tracking Service

For all of the packages we ship out, you will always receive an email with tracking reference number and hyperlink to track your order whether it’s by air or sea.

5) Fulfillment Service

If you have your own business and need to ship out items you sell online, or your project is successfully funded on crowd-funding platforms like Kickstarter and Indiegogo, you must know how it feels to send out your card decks to hundreds or even thousands of customers individually. Not mention the mechanical long process of your own packaging, labeling and preparing for waybills with different addresses. 6) FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon)

What is FBA? FBA works like you sell it, Amazon ships it. But how this works when your products are manufactured oversea?

It’s easy when you work with us. You send us your FBA labels and info, we ship cargo to our local shipping company, they transport by air or sea depends on the volume and weight, then clear customs at destination and deliver cargo to FBA warehouse all over the world.

Q : What is your MOQ ?

A : Our MOQ is 500 decks per design.

Q : How fast can you finish my order?

A : Generally, we guarantee your order can be done in 15-20 days, the date counting down is when we receive all of your artworks, 30% pre-paid deposit and final approval for the e-proofs from you. For urgent order please contact salesperson directly. 

Q : What kind of artwork should I send for printing?

A : 1) We prefer artwork in vector form, in PDF, AI or PSD files.

     2) Please make sure to ask for template in specific formats before submitting artwork to us. 

     3) All artwork should be 600 dpi submitted in CMYK. However, 300dpi artwork can be accepted as well. 

     4) Please be sure all type in vector artwork is converted to paths/outlines.

     5) Please be sure that all files linked from your art files are either embedded, or included separately.

     6) If you choose PMS printing, please make sure to include all PMS numbers in the file.
